In many developing countries, esp. African cities, a large share of economic activity is informal, but there’s almost no reliable spatial data capturing where and how it happens. Often, informal retail activities are conducted at street stands and carts under the shade of an umbrella. Help us create the Umbrella Economic Dataset by finding umbrellas!
